What personal data we collect, why we collect it, and with whom we share it
If you make a donation to Field of Dogs via the Donate page on this Web site, we collect your name, email address, credit card billing address, and cell phone number if you provide it. If you make a donation by giving us a check, we collect the name and address on the check. We collect this data in order to process your donation by credit card and for marketing purposes. We may use this data to notify you of events or to solicit donations. We do not share your personal data outside of Field of Dogs except as described in the next paragraph.
When you make a donation on this Web site, you also provide your credit card information. Field of Dogs does not have access to that information; it is collected by our payment processing service, Givebutter, and their payment aggregator, Stripe.
